Cyberpunk 2077 PC Ray Tracing

It’s been a while without a post, but I’ve made some clean up around the site and been thinking about new contents for the Youtube channel. As many of you, I am a gamer and one that tries to reach the max FPS at the max resolution it can be.

As for writing (December 13th 2020), enabling Ray Tracing at 4K with DLSS is a joke. The game is so poorly optimize I am asking myself if it was intended so we turn on DLSS. What is DLSS? It’s a gamic that NVDIA came up with to basically take a lower resolution (1080p example) and with the help of AI turns it into 4K without, according to them, seeing a big impact. If you are not a purist, it’s fine. If you are like me, you will see artifacts here and there in games. Yes it will boost the FPS when enabled with Ray Tracing. But look for yourself in this video how bad it gets when RT is enabled and when DLSS is off at 4K. With my 3080 overclocked (CPU OC as well with RAM at 4400mhz). So now, the question is : 1440p or 4K? You choose!

You may want to consider 1440p…
